forever in gratitude

: a state of mind to help us navigate away from harmful thinking patterns, into the present moment. By choosing to shift our awareness to a state of gratitude, our nervous system calms the rest of our body and mind, slowing the rate of thinking and behaving. From this state of inner peace, we can grow into the next moments mindfully, with kindness and courage.

Part of a bigger systemized way of thinking, forever in gratitude is continuously remembering to find sensations that are pleasant to help the rest of our body shift into systems of calm. From this place of calm, pleasant we can increase a level of consciousness to help us elevate the experience of our life.

Gratitude can help expand our understanding of everything that life is, from the roots of the tree and the nutrietns it takes from the soil, through the strengths of the trunk and branches, to support the fruits and all the livign organism that dwell in an around. FIG healing space is expansive in the nature of slowing down to choose a perspective of growth, expansion, and peace.
